You’ll help users go beyond meeting notes and unlock the full power of Meet Geek’s agentic capabilities — from automated follow-ups to real-time action triggers.About the Role Technical TroubleshootingSupport users through questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior. Collaborate with engineering to resolve edge cases. Customer Onboarding & SuccessGuide new customers from kickoff to activation. Help teams integrate Meet Geek into daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption. CRM & Billing OwnershipManage Stripe billing flows (upgrades and cancellations). Ensure customers have clarity on billing and
