O cargo de Product Owner Híbrido é responsável por atuar nos itens do Backlog, planejando, priorizando e escrevendo as histórias. Além disso, é necessário manter-se alinhado à estratégia da Vila, mergulhar nos problemas do dia-a-dia e ajudar o time a encontrar a saída.

Responsabilidades
  • Planejar e priorizar as histórias;
  • Escrever as histórias;
  • Mantê-se alinhado à estratégia da Vila;
  • Mergulhar nos problemas do dia-a-dia;
  • Ajudar o time a encontrar a saída;
  • Contribuir ativamente na evolução da sua squad;
  • Entender e conseguir explicar quais são as atividades técnicas das suas entregas;
  • Garantir a remoção dos blocks durante a execução das sprints;
  • Monitorar e apontar riscos no nível da squad;
  • Conduzir reuniões de demonstração do seu produto, garantindo o entendimento claro do seu escopo;
  • Se interrelacionar com as diversas áreas do Banco para todos os alinhamentos necessários;
  • Se conectar com demais membros da Vila PJ (VSO, Time de Experiência, Times técnicos) para a escrita das histórias;
  • Participar ativamente, seja participando ou apoiando os temas abordados nos ritos da sua Squad/Value Stream;
