About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Supply Chain Logistics team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product backlog items that solve business problems
  • Accountable for Product Backlog Management, creating and communicating product backlog items with stakeholders, product managers, and Scrum team
  • Create and maintain effective release plans based on delivery team's available capacity
  • Continuously refine Product Backlog Items with Scrum Team and other subject matter experts
  • Provide support to Scrum Team during sprint execution and ensure quality of work meets standards of excellence
  • Coordinate people and resources as needed for planning and execution of Product Backlog Items
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or business discipline
  • 15+ years experience with logistics processes, designing and developing end-to-end logistics processes and solutions
  • 4+ years experience as a Product Owner or 7+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in an agile or product development environment
  • 3-5+ years experience mastering product development using human-centered design process
  • Proven success working with self-managed, virtual team members
  • Established background in launching software/solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams
