Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our Supply Chain Logistics team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product backlog items, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product backlog items based on business needs and customer requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to deliver high-quality products
  • Ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or 7+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in an agile or product development environment
  • Experience with product development using human-centered design processes
  • Proven success working with self-managed, virtual team members
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product
