Job Title: Supply Chain Product Owner

Decision Group is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with the delivery team to ensure successful product releases, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives and user needs
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful product releases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs
  • Participate in team ceremonies to answer questions and clarify user needs
  • Align and prioritize team backlog with the product vision and roadmap
  • Work with architects to identify and prioritize enabler work
  • Balance between delivering new functionality, removing technical debt, and delivering enabler work
  • Decompose features into user stories that deliver incremental value for end users
  • Validate that product releases deliver value for end users

Requirements:

  • Experience in Product Owner role as a Supply Chain workstream
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication English skills
  • Ability to manage meetings and conference bridges
