Job Title: Supply Chain Product Owner

Decision Group is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with the delivery team to ensure successful product releases, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and customer requirements
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful product releases, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with product vision and roadmap
  • Participate in team ceremonies to answer questions and clarify user needs
  • Balance between delivering new functionality, removing technical debt, and delivering enabler work
  • Validate that product releases deliver value for end users and have conversations with users about how well the product is working
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Team and Scrum Master on execution plans and priorities
  • Continuously learn about user needs and business objectives to act as the voice of the customer for the Delivery Team
Requirements:
  • Experience in Product Owner role as a Supply Chain workstream
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Good communication English skills
  • Manage meetings, conference bridges
