Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned pharmacy professional to join our team as a Director of Pharmacy Consulting. In this role, you will lead large and complex client engagements, drive strategic partnerships, and contribute to the development of innovative pharmacy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and management of group pharmacy benefit plans for clients
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with vendors and clients
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches in pharmacy and broader health and benefits plan strategy
  • Spearhead the development of new pharmacy approaches and collaborate with executive leadership at vendors and clients
  • Meet with vendors to understand opportunities for strategic partnerships and pharmacy solution opportunities
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define a multi-year strategy for expanding the comprehensiveness of integrated pharmacy and clinical offerings
  • Demonstrate extensive leadership ability by directly managing and/or mentoring other consultants

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in the design/management of group pharmacy benefit plans gained in consulting or brokerage environment
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and track record of success in managing and growing large client relationships
  • Proven experience in successfully leading a global team and projects, and strategic partnership development and growth
  • Executive presence with polished and well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • A dynamic strategic thinker not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
