Pharmacy Consulting Director Job Description

As a senior leader in our pharmacy consulting practice, you will drive strategy and growth for clients, leading large-scale engagements and building relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Lead client-facing teams to design and manage comprehensive pharmacy benefit programs
  • Develop innovative approaches to address complex pharmacy challenges
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to create strategic partnerships and technology-enabled solutions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through the development and sales of innovative pharmacy solutions
  • Design and execute engagement strategies that deliver tangible value to clients
  • Contribute to the evolution of pharmacy and broader health care delivery in North America
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow client relationships
  • Executive presence with polished communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in a global team or project
  • Strategic partnership development and growth
  • Aptitude for staying up-to-date on the latest developments in pharmacy and health benefits plan strategy
