The Chief of Client Operations Officer (CCOO) will be a senior management member at Roost, reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the Executive Chairman and closely collaborating with the Board/Advisory Board. This senior leadership position will be fully responsible for the company's commercial and operational activities, including growth strategy, sales performance oversight, and project delivery excellence. The executive will lead sales, pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales teams, ensuring the company's value propositions are executed with consistency, efficiency, and quality. They will also manage strategic partnerships and alliances, strengthening the company's competitive position and fostering innovation and scalability in services. Additionally, the CCOO will ensure company profitability, overseeing the entire value generation cycle, from sales and revenue assurance to operational efficiency and high-quality delivery. The role requires close collaboration with other executive leaders to align strategic vision, operational execution, and market relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mature leadership, strong performance management skills, and the ability to engage teams in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Responsibilities include leading the commercial and delivery operations across public and private sectors nationwide, managing P&L, and achieving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency targets. The role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, refining and implementing strategic plans, driving revenue growth through innovative and traditional solutions, and managing strategic partnerships and key client relationships. The CCOO will also oversee the entire sales cycle, promote high-performance culture, and lead the company's strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable, scalable results.
