O Chief of Client Operations Officer (CCOO) será membro da alta gestão da Roost, reportando-se diretamente ao CEO e colaborando com o Conselho/Advisory Board. Será responsável pelas atividades comerciais e operações, incluindo estratégia de crescimento, supervisão de vendas e entrega de projetos, liderando equipes de vendas, pré-vendas, entrega e pós-venda. Atuará na construção de parcerias estratégicas, garantindo rentabilidade, eficiência operacional e inovação, com foco em resultados sustentáveis e escaláveis.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar operações comerciais e de delivery em todo o território nacional, com responsabilidade pelo P&L e metas de crescimento e rentabilidade.
  • Gerenciar equipe multidisciplinar, alinhando estratégias e promovendo alta performance.
  • Implementar planos estratégicos para expansão de receita, focando em ofertas de maior valor agregado.
  • Conduzir estratégias de go-to-market, incluindo parcerias estratégicas com vendors e canais.
  • Acompanhar projetos-chave, garantindo excelência na entrega e geração de valor.
  • Garantir governança em todo o ciclo de vendas, incluindo pipeline, forecast e ações de cross-sell e up-sell.
  • Promover transformação comercial, migrando para soluções estratégicas e de maior margem.
  • Estabelecer uma cultura de alta performance e excelência operacional.
