As a Global Process Expert, you will be responsible for managing and supporting process development, monitoring processes, driving process improvements, and fostering company-wide process alignment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working with performance metrics desirable.
- Customer and technology affinity an advantage.
- ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP, ARIBA) highly valued.
- Intercultural work experience beneficial.
