As a Renewable Energy Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our position as the leading advisor and thought leader in Latin America, specifically in Brazil. You will provide deep expertise in the Energy sector, working closely with teams to deliver high-impact insights, knowledge assets, and expert guidance.
Our expectations are:
- Working on complex challenges, providing analysis to drive insight into specific client issues and managing industry analysis requests.
- Gathering, filtering, synthesizing, packaging, and delivering insights to the Energy Practice Area, using an extensive collection of internal and external information resources.
- Supporting the Energy PA in Brazil with content development/synthesis for external engagements, such as Seat at the table events, newspaper articles, etc.
- Gatekeeping all content developed in the Energy Practice Area in Brazil, identifying content to be sanitized and published for the wider ecosystem.
You'll be working with diverse teams, collaborating effectively in a global environment, navigating complexity and ambiguity, and bringing a curious and creative mindset to propose innovative ideas.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in Energy, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with large models. Familiarity with generative AI tools, Python, and data processing is a plus.
Beyond technical skills, we value business acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree relevant to industrial or engineering; 1+ year of relevant work experience in Energy preferred.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English required; other languages (Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
