Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the monitoring and execution of commercial and administrative tasks for our renewable energy projects. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements, as well as managing financial and corporate governance aspects of our project companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, with experience in quality work and EPC/O&M companies. They will also possess excellent analytical and process design capabilities, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acting as General Manager vis-à-vis Project Companies' Boards of Directors and third parties
  • Financial management and corporate governance of Operating and Project Companies
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Liaising with auditors and other stakeholders
  • Updating Financial Models and preparing periodic financial and cash budgets
  • Assisting Secretaries of Boards and General Managers in preparing information for meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, spoken and written
  • At least 5-10 years' experience in renewable energy
  • Experience with quality work and EPC/O&M companies
  • Knowledge of IFC HSE guidelines and general HSSE governance
  • HSSE performance management, reporting, and analysis
  • Energy regulatory knowledge
  • Project management and commercial mindset
