Renewable Energy Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wind turbines (WTGs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies, procedures, and work plans to ensure seamless operations.

The role involves coordinating and overseeing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including fault handling, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day operations, including resource planning, team supervision, and inventory control.

This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between the site team and group headquarters. You will be responsible for timely reporting of faults and ensuring alignment with company policies.

Requirements:

  • A college degree or higher in electrical automation, mechanical design, and manufacturing, or science and engineering majors.
  • A valid GWO certificate holder or recognized equivalent.
  • Familiarity with WTG and SCADA systems, capable of handling common faults.
  • At least 2 years of O&M experience preferred.
  • Certain level of English proficiency required.

Note: The ability to communicate and work in English is essential for this role.
