Strategic Planning Manager Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and structured professional to drive the planning, execution, and governance of key initiatives within our organization.

  • Our ideal candidate will organize and structure our team's planning efforts, ensuring initiatives are managed as projects with clear milestones, KPIs, and accountability.
  • They will liaise with finance teams to ensure appropriate monthly end results and forecasts are in place for key revenue drivers.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential for this role, as they will develop high-quality reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Implementing structured tracking and reporting processes is crucial for ensuring commitments to senior leadership are met with high standards of accuracy and governance.
  • Additionally, they will act as a bridge between local country teams and our headquarters, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Overseeing the execution of critical initiatives, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution is also a key responsibility.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling, data visualization).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Fluency in English; desirable Portuguese or Spanish.
