Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and execute daily communications initiatives, targeting both internal and external stakeholders.

This entails developing written materials, brochures, and guidelines that effectively convey company messages. Furthermore, the successful candidate will interact with external service providers, such as PR agencies and corporate advertising agencies, providing feedback to ensure high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include organizing Town Hall editions, coordinating the daily demands of the communications team, and providing orientation to communications analysts regarding daily activities, including internal and external communications tasks.

Additionally, the selected individual will work as a people manager, coordinating the work and activities of analysts reporting to this manager.

Project Lead Responsibilities
  • Acts as a Project Lead for all events, in line with global events guidelines and financial and logistical rules.
  • Books booth space, facilitates payments, and works closely with the Graphic Designer.
  • Co-ordinates with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including booth builders, shipping agents, manufacturing, logistics, shipping, finance, product management, etc.
  • Develops comprehensive and innovative communications plans for each communications activity, including pre-show campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Expert in internal and external communications.
  • Relevant work experience in Communications gained within multinational communications roles.
