Loss Prevention Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Loss Prevention Specialist.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Specialist to play a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with loss prevention, security management, and administration of justice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct root cause analysis and prioritize key factors to drive decision-making
  • Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures
  • Conduct physical security risk assessments of facilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security concerns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or related field
  • Experience in security and loss prevention within supply chain, industrial environment, or express distribution and courier services
  • Relevant qualification in loss prevention, security management, and administration of justice
  • Intermediate English and Fluent Portuguese language skills
