We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our Responsible Gaming Department. This role involves analyzing player behavior, identifying signs of problematic gambling, and contributing to the development of protection policies and internal training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments of players based on data, history, and platform interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intervention criteria and workflows for risk cases (self-exclusion, time-outs, betting limits, etc.).
- Participate in critical cases and support the psychological screening of situations involving mental health risks.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for customer service, risk, and compliance teams on Responsible Gaming best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our responsible gaming guide, quizzes, and educational materials.
- Monitor responsible gaming indicators and suggest evidence-based improvements.
- Provide technical responses and expert opinions when necessary (e.g., communications with regulatory bodies or media).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with active registration.
- Previous experience in clinical settings, addiction, or behavioral analysis.
- Experience in corporate training or mental health education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with topics such as pathological gambling, addiction, or risk behavior is an asset.
- Knowledge of or interest in iGaming is desirable but not required.
