A Mental Health Specialist Role in Responsible Gaming
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a mental health specialist, focusing on responsible gaming. This role involves analyzing player behavior, identifying signs of problematic gambling, and contributing to the development of protection policies and internal training programs.
Main Responsibilities:- Behavioral Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of players based on data, history, and platform interactions.
- Intervention Criteria and Workflows: Assist in creating criteria and workflows for risk cases (self-exclusion, time-outs, betting limits, etc.).
- Critical Case Support: Participate in critical cases and support psychological screening of situations involving mental health risks.
- Training Development: Develop and deliver training sessions for customer service, risk, and compliance teams with a focus on responsible gaming.
- Responsible Gaming Guide: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the responsible gaming guide, quizzes, and educational materials.
- Indicators and Improvements: Monitor responsible gaming indicators and suggest evidence-based improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with active registration.
- Previous experience in clinical settings, addiction, or behavioral analysis.
- Experience in corporate training or mental health education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with topics such as pathological gambling, addiction, or risk behavior is a plus.
- Knowledge of or interest in iGaming is desirable but not required.
