About the PositionAs a Mid-Level Psychologist, you will be directly involved in analyzing player behavior, identifying signs of problematic gambling, and collaborating on the development of protection policies and internal training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments of players based on data, history, and platform interactions.
- Assist in creating intervention criteria and workflows for risk cases (self-exclusion, time-outs, betting limits, etc.).
- Participate in critical cases and support the psychological screening of situations involving mental health risks.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for customer service, risk, and compliance teams with a focus on Responsible Gaming.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the responsible gaming guide, quizzes, and educational materials.
- Monitor responsible gaming indicators and suggest evidence-based improvements.
- Support technical responses and expert opinions when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with active CRP registration.
- Previous experience in clinical settings, addiction, or behavioral analysis.
- Experience in corporate training or mental health education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with topics such as pathological gambling, addiction, or risk behavior is a plus.
- Knowledge of or interest in iGaming is desirable but not required.
