**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website and landing page performance.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion funnels.
- Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to implement changes.
- Create detailed reports on test results and recommend next steps.
- Stay updated on CRO trends and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
- Conversion Optimization and Web Analytics proficiency
- Experience in implementing and testing conversion strategies
- Ability to analyze data trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user psychology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in health, wellness, or e-commerce industries.
- Familiarity with SEO and content strategy.

- Pay ranges start at $500 to $700 per month.
- Employment classification: Independent Contractor.
