Regional Excavator Product Strategist

The ideal candidate will work with a global team to provide regional strategic planning and market analysis for the Excavator product line. This involves integrated technology and decision-making for LATAM and Brazil markets.

• Create a strategic marketing plan for Excavators and collaborate with field and sales teams to achieve product line market share & price realization objectives;">
• Develop long-range project plans for LATAM/Brazil excavators, technology, and attachments;">
• Conduct thorough market analysis and create a product line plan;">
• Collaborate with Product Line Management Teams to define and execute portfolio of product improvement projects to achieve long-term product vision;">
• Plan and orchestrate customer and dealer advisory groups and product best-in-class events to define customer requirements and product improvement opportunities;">
• Provide product marketing process expertise and leadership to peers and other functions;">
• Serve as functional expert on project initiatives and key strategy teams;">

• Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, marketing, or business management;">
• Advanced English skills;">
• Advanced Spanish skills;">
• Marketing or field experience in construction;">
• Strong project management skills;">
• Available to travel 50% of the time on a regular basis;">
• Experience leading cross-functional team work;">
• Technical knowledge or strong product background with construction;">
• Experience developing marketing, training, or sales materials and/or sales tactics to support current/new products or technologies;">
• Available to work in Indaiatuba/SP;">
