Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Associate to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our Japanese, Portuguese, and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Japanese, Portuguese, and English, and provide solutions to their queries.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Flexibility to work 6x1 schedule with 6 hours of work per day, up to 36 hours per week.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in banking or finance.
