Customer Support Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Associate to join our team at Wise. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients in Japanese, Portuguese, and English.
- Understand and meet the needs of our clients, rising above expectations and going the extra mile when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work 6x1 schedule with 6 hours of work per day, up to 36 hours per week.
