Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our Japanese, Portuguese, and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels, ensuring that customers have an excellent experience with Wise.
- Understand the importance of making customers happy and strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance metrics and deliver a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written English skills.
- Flexible and willing to work 6x1 (six days of work and one day of rest) with 6 hours of work per day, up to 36 hours per week.
- Organized and methodical in approach, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to own up to mistakes and follow through on commitments.
- Open-minded and comfortable with feedback, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Team-player with a strong sense of respect and empathy for colleagues.
