We are looking for a skilled Business Customer Support Associate to join our team at Wise. As a Business Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our clients via phone and email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and concerns.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone and email.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Fluent Portuguese language skills, with the ability to support Portuguese-speaking customers.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
