Customer Support Role at Wise

We are looking for a skilled Business Customer Support Associate to join our team at Wise. As a Business Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our clients via phone and email channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and concerns.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone and email.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Fluent Portuguese language skills, with the ability to support Portuguese-speaking customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
