About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at JATO Dynamics. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute customer experience plans to achieve customer success goals.
- Drive seamless and frictionless customer experience to create positive brand feedback.
- Provide first-line customer response, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries.
- Gather customer insights and improve product confidence.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to determine customer engagement strategies.
- Track and follow up with customers on customer satisfaction trends and feedback.
Requirements
- Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of customer success and customer experience frameworks.
- Previous experience working in a customer service/support/success role.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a proactive and systematic manner.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
