Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving customer complaints, improving our services, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Complaint Resolution
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
  • Service Improvement
    • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Guest Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their needs are met
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Work Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
