About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our customer experience structure, you will be responsible for protecting our brand image through our online tools, offering a great service level and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Brazil's Customer Experience strategy, handling issue demands regarding B2B customers and ensuring a positive online experience with Pepsico's products and services.
- Monitor performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, tracking and reporting on the success of customer experience initiatives.
- Follow NPS indicators, surveys, and action plans, connecting with teams focused on service level and customer satisfaction.
- Fulfillment and resolution of requisitions and complaints related to sales and warehouse scope within the pre-established SLA.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of customer care roles and 5+ years of trade MKT, sales strategy, sales execution, commercial planning, and/or sales capabilities experience.
