**About the Role**

At Uber, we're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Project Manager to join our team. As the guardian of the customer experience, you'll be responsible for ensuring every aspect of our customer support processes are designed with our customers in mind.

We're seeking a fierce customer advocate who is extremely data-driven, a great problem solver, an excellent relationship builder, project manager, and process optimizer. If generating insights using data is not your forte, this role probably isn't for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Map the end-to-end journey of our customers and identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Lead customer-facing process improvement initiatives and align stakeholders to execute these initiatives.
  • Provide insights from customer interactions to local stakeholders to influence and facilitate decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project and/or program management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer obsession and a genuine passion for our drivers and riders.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • High-growth operations or startup experience.
  • SQL skills.
  • Six Sigma, Change Management, and/or Project Management certifications.
