Flight Support Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to test, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge aircraft.
Main Responsibilities:- Travel to customer sites in Brazil for flight testing, training, and product support.
- Ensure continuous operations at customer sites by identifying and resolving technical issues both on-site and remotely with the assistance of our engineering teams.
- Provide input on new features, improvements, and design changes to enhance our products.
- Conduct diverse maintenance activities involving aircraft, ground infrastructure, laptops, and batteries.
- Assemble, prepare, and fully test airframes after shipment to customer locations.
- Serve as Pilot In Command or Ground Control Operator for experimental unmanned aircraft.
- Lead and participate in ground and flight test events as Test Conductor or Test Crew member.
- Manage complex logistics supporting flight operations.
