Aviation Maintenance Professional

At Pyka, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Technician to support the development and commercial deployments of our autonomous aircraft.

This role requires hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems, as well as strong troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, capable of thriving in dynamic field and test environments, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The selected candidate will report directly to the Flight Operation Manager and play an active role in preparing and executing maintenance for our fleet of deployed autonomous aircraft within Brazil.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and validating functionality of electrical and mechanical subsystems
  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and field repairs in accordance with established procedures
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining detailed maintenance records to support fleet-wide traceability and future compliance systems
  • Providing feedback relating to maintenance and serviceability to inform aircraft improvements

The successful candidate will also maintain and update documentation of maintenance procedures and support ongoing development of Pyka aircraft maintenance manuals.
