Aircraft Maintenance Expertise

We seek a diligent and resourceful Fleet Maintenance Technician to collaborate on the development and deployment of our cutting-edge autonomous aircraft.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. They must be adaptable, capable of thriving in dynamic field and test environments, and able to maintain precise records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal aircraft performance.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and field repairs according to established procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records for fleet-wide traceability and future compliance systems.
  • Update documentation of maintenance procedures and support ongoing development of aircraft maintenance manuals.
  • Provide valuable feedback to inform aircraft improvements.
  • Support logistics and transportation planning for operations and customer deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
  • General understanding of autonomous vehicles and typical subsystems (instruments, actuators, onboard computers, etc.).
  • Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting, including voltage and current measurements, wiring inspection, and functionality checks of instruments.
  • Basic knowledge of high-voltage safety and comfort working on 120 VDC, 20 ~ 30 kW systems.
  • Experience inspecting and identifying damage in composite builds and various mechanical components.
  • Experience maintaining and upgrading safety-critical systems, including designing and following inspection and test plans for sensors, actuators, and mechanical systems.
  • Verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, systematic troubleshooting skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
