Customer Service and Store Optimization Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled individual to fill the role of Customer and Operations Advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize store layout for maximum visibility;
- Arrange merchandise to create visually appealing displays;
- Manage order processing from start to finish;
- Verify product availability, update inventory, and prepare orders for shipment;
- Process invoices, pack items, and prepare orders for pickup;
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred;
- Availability to work regular hours with flexibility for overtime.
