To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree or equivalent standard in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, operational research)
- At least 3 years of experience in application/customer support
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Red Hat Linux configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of ITIL terminology
