French Speaking Support Specialist

You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external users, providing exceptional support services for Decision Analytics software applications across EMEA regions. This involves logging all issues into the support incident management software and collaborating with dedicated support teams to deliver effective resolutions to clients in a timely manner.
You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-level support to internal and external users;
- Managing and escalating incidents, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with end-users;
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and efficient communication;
Required Skills and Qualifications">
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of French language proficiency;
- Strong English language skills;
- Excellent client focus and ability to listen and respond to client needs;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous service desk experience and familiarity with analysis of reported issues and logging as incidents or requests;
