Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Your Role:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for cardiovascular systems.
  • Resolve problems and document all steps taken during problem resolution.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating system and hardware issues promptly.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot TCP/IP and general networking problems by accessing customer networks.
  • Document all actions taken during problem resolution in appropriate tracking systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree is preferred; however, applicants without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in English for attending phone requests from US clients is required.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, TCP/IP, and general networking issues quickly and effectively is essential.
  • Strong documentation skills when recording actions taken during problem resolution are necessary.
  • Technical support experience on cardiology informatics products is a strong differential.
