Language Support Specialist is a dynamic position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in multiple languages. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to provide initial advice to B2B partners in Italian language.
Key Responsibilities- Taking calls and providing initial advice to B2B partners in Italian language;
- Communicating with partners about on-going cases, providing regular updates on the progress;
- Assisting other operation teams with communication in Italian language;
- Handling information requests for B2B partners;
- Recording information in the CRM system about work done.
- Knowledge of English at Advanced level: capability of speaking on the phone in English and writing in business English;
- Knowledge of Italian language at Advanced level: capability of speaking on the phone in local language and handling business correspondence;
- Able to learn quickly and be results-focused and stress-resistant;
- Multitasking skills;
- Possession of a strong sense of empathy;
- Responsibility and carefulness;
- Professional experience in the travel industry or in a concierge agency, TMС, DMC, or tour operators (as an advantage).
