With a strong background in backend development and C#, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our web applications while ensuring seamless user experiences.

About the Role
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Apply production support principles and be available to stay on call occasionally over weekends to support the production environment.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting C# applications.
  • Curious mind and motivated by investigating issues.
  • High level of professional communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Availability to travel occasionally within Brazil and Latin America.
  • Fluent English (as a second language).
  • Spanish language skills (intermediate level or above).
  • Working knowledge of Java development.
