Project Leadership Role

We're seeking a skilled project leader to drive innovative product development and improve our operations. Our company specializes in flexible line construction and production, offering cutting-edge physical and digital solutions that increase efficiency, production, and maximize reservoir value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We'll be counting on you to own the project management process for product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful product development programs.
  • You'll define project scope, create detailed schedules, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact project execution, timelines, or product quality.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
  • Lead initiatives that combine product development and process improvement activities.
  • Provide technical support to project directors and project delivery teams for specific escalation requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree within an appropriate Engineering/Science discipline or related areas.
  • Cross-functional Project Leadership experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in project management, operations, technology, or technical support.
  • Knowledge on product development stages and qualification process within API and international standards.
  • Availability to travel for work.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to present complicated issues in an understandable way.
  • Show exceptional analytical/critical thinking skills and a well-developed commercial acumen.

  • Understand Project Management best practices like as described by PMI.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in Project development stages or Oil&Gas subsea project execution.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and results orientation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Able to manage internal and external client expectations.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work to tight schedules and deadlines.
