Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the sales operations department, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless operations for our sales team.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer support processes, streamlining operations, and providing actionable insights to drive sales success.

This individual contributor role requires a proactive, independent problem-solver capable of improving systems, enhancing efficiency, and fostering collaboration across teams.

You will process customer orders, resolve complaints, and ensure delivery timelines, as well as generate and analyze sales reports to help the sales team make data-driven decisions.

Key skills required for this role include strong knowledge of sales systems, databases, and analytics tools, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
