In this role, you ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance, optimize CRM usage, support go-to-market strategies, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of a team that serves as the strategic information hub for the Sales department, working closely with Account Executives and other key stakeholders involved in commercial performance.
  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM to ensure its efficiency in managing sales accounts and driving pipeline performance.
  • Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, acting as the link between SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and the sales team.
  • Actively participate in sales strategies, including digital marketing, inbound marketing, and a strong understanding of the buyer s journey and B2B purchasing behavior.
  • Train and support sales teams in the effective use of tools, especially CRM, and help integrate these tools and processes into the companys sales playbook/handbook.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration and advanced usage of Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review, design, and optimize sales processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Ability to act as the bridge between SDRs and sales teams, ensuring efficient communication and alignment.
  • Demonstrated experience in training teams on sales tools and commercial processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the B2B customer journey and buying process.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and CRM quality.
  • Ability to document sales processes and contribute to the company s commercial playbook.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented profile.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
