The Opportunity

We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to the Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil . You will build operational excellence and provide strategic advisory to the Wellhub sales leadership team. You will work with commercial and cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing) around the world with a global scope.

Your Impact
  • Monitor metrics and surface insights to the Commercial leadership team. Highlight best performing regions and identify drivers of performance.
  • Engage with data and also own sales strategy and planning.
  • Participate in projects for data-driven decisions on forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, and sales incentive design.
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning by recommending go-to-market strategy, team structure, and seller productivity improvements.
  • Build and present reports to senior sales leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution (support).
  • Live the mission by fostering wellbeing, supporting colleagues, and promoting work-life balance.
Who You Are
  • Experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable background.
  • Familiar with financial modeling and financial planning.
  • Fluent in English to work with international stakeholders.
  • Analytical with experience building business models and conducting analyses.
  • Technically savvy with strong Excel skills.
  • Concise communicator able to present and discuss recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven in challenging environments.
  • Problem-solving skills; Salesforce or CRM familiarity is a plus.
