Pricing & Inside Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Pricing & Inside Sales Professional to support our sales team in managing opportunities by sourcing pricing for ocean, air, and road products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in managing customer relationships by providing accurate pricing information.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates.
  • Closely monitor bookings and communicate effectively with customers, agents, and suppliers worldwide.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with customers and seek solutions to any problems that may arise. You will also be responsible for updating offer prices on a regular basis and monitoring purchase rates of various shipping companies with manager support.

Requirements:
  • Degree in international logistics or related fields.
  • Experience in pricing and inside sales is essential.
  • Excellent customer service delivery skills towards customers and colleagues worldwide.
  • Strong PC literacy and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer (Spanish is an asset).
