We are seeking a skilled Project Development Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of development projects. This role involves overseeing project construction teams and consultants, as well as procuring easements, entitlements, off-site agreements and permits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, contracting and overseeing project team members such as architects and engineers, providing financial analysis for projects undertaken by the company, and managing design and construction efforts.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a field related to real estate development and up to 4 years of relevant experience. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project are also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of project construction teams and consultants.
- Procurement of easements, entitlements, off-site agreements and permits.
- Selection, contracting and oversight of project team members such as architects and engineers.
- Financial analysis for projects undertaken by the company.
- Management of design and construction efforts.
