Project Coordinator for Study Closure

This role supports Project Managers with internal and external activities during the project maintenance and study closure phase.

  • Responsible for coordinating project management tasks in the project maintenance and study closure phase;
  • May have responsibility for overall execution of medium complexity setup projects as defined in Statement of Work;
  • Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements;
  • Chair client meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members;
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to the client and project team;
  • Utilize coordination skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization and planning to successfully implement company's products;
  • Ensure compliance to internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements;

The Project Coordinator will handle daily project assigned tasks and correspondence with internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate project management activities during the project maintenance and study closure phase;
  2. Execute medium complexity setup projects as defined in Statement of Work;
  3. Support client meetings and determine project requirements;
  4. Chair client meetings and distribute meeting minutes;
  5. Communicate project information to clients and teams;
  6. Ensure QMS compliance and coordinate team efforts.
