Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business training and operation strategies for Brazil.

  • Define knowledge and skills required at different stages based on various roles (BD, Key Account Manager, BD Manager, Operations, Support).
  • Enhance employee competence and satisfaction through training and ensure achievement of team goals.
  • Establish and optimize the business training system to continuously enhance the team's professional capabilities and execution power.
  • Coordinate collaboration among various departments to ensure smooth implementation and evaluation of training programs.
  • Research mature training systems in the industry and continuously optimize training content and methods to improve team competitiveness.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or above, with no specific major required.
  • Experience in business operations, management, or sales operations and management.
  • Familiarity with market characteristics and culture of Latin America region, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, along with team motivation skills, capable of effectively driving the team to achieve performance goals.
  • An innovative spirit and team cooperation mindset, able to quickly adapt to dynamic work environment.
