Marketing Operations Director for Global Accelerator

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to see entrepreneurship from every angle and work with a company that is dedicated to making a difference.

This position reports to the Head of Growth and involves working closely with our Local Leaders and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop local marketing plans, frameworks, and best practices that can be repeated across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Local Leaders and Account Managers to troubleshoot marketing issues, collect feedback, run experiments, and spearhead new projects.
  • Train Local Leaders on the latest findings and best practices, maintain internal guides and resources, and develop ways to ensure this information is always accessible.
  • Streamline complex processes and documentation to make local marketing easier.
  • Assist in promoting local accelerators via content, email, social media, public relations, and inbound-marketing techniques.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and assist in producing marketing assets, copy, and campaigns.

Skill Requirements:

  • Native or business-fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills (client management or sales experience is a plus).
  • Experience working in startups and/or venture capital, with a deep understanding of accelerators and the startup community.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and public relations best practices.
  • Attention to detail and autonomous time management.
  • Intrinsic desire for learning, experimentation, and career advancement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
