We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Director to join our Brazil team and lead the next chapter of our commercial growth in Latin America's largest market.

The Role

As Commercial Director, you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy in Brazil. This is a senior leadership position that blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You will lead a high-performing team across sales, key account management, sponsorships, and partnerships — ensuring we exceed revenue targets while maintaining our reputation for quality and innovation. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, content, and global leadership to ensure commercial success across our flagship events.

What You'll Be Doing


• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Brazil, aligning with global goals and local market dynamics.


• Lead, inspire, and grow a motivated sales and partnerships team.


• Own revenue targets across exhibition space, sponsorship, and digital platforms.


• Build long-term relationships with key clients, sponsors, and industry partners.


• Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities and commercial models.


• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and thought leadership forums.


• Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to shape compelling customer propositions.


• Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across the commercial function.

What We're Looking For


• Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, ideally within exhibitions, media, events, or B2B services.


• Deep understanding of the Brazilian market with international business acumen.


• Strong track record of delivering (and exceeding) revenue targets.


• A natural leader who motivates teams through purpose, trust, and clear communication.


• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.


• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).


• Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
