Job Description:

Lead the local quality function (control and systems) to ensure product quality and drive quality improvement, mindset, and customer satisfaction at the site level.

  • Manage a local quality team and talent development
  • Oversee shop floor quality and technology, aligning with regional and global policies
  • Identify opportunities for local QC/QM improvement and implement them
  • Enable knowledge and best practices sharing through local/regional projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related fields with postgraduate studies in food-related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant position, with at least 2 years in an equivalent role
  • Strong project management skills and utilization of project management techniques
  • Solid understanding of on-site QIC, FC&A, and Ops processes (e.g., Ingredient life cycle Management, Vendor Quality, Customer Quality requirements)
  • Continuous improvement, Complaint, Issue, and Crisis Management, Industrialization, Audit, and Change Management, relevant to assigned areas
  • Broad knowledge of order fulfillment, brief management, Regulatory, and innovation processes (IDDC), relevant to assigned areas
  • Good understanding of manufacturing technologies and product characteristics (liquids, spray drying, powder blending, process Flavours, JBC, Emulsions, separations, extractions), relevant to function
  • Solid knowledge of main IT systems (Atlas, Athena, FPR, SAP, Compliance engine, PII, GSD, RMQ, QDMS, AVAP, ILM), relevant to assigned areas
  • Good understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems (FSSC, AIB, ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP), relevant to assigned areas
